    The present invention is in the field of throwing games and more particularly bowling games. The present invention relates to a device for placing skittles at the start of the game according to the arrangement proposed by the game of skittles, for defining the throwing distance and for materializing the throwing line.
    The present invention is particularly suitable for the Finnish skittle game which consists of twelve numbered skittles. At the start of the game, each pin has a specific place and is joined to its neighbors to form an irregular hexagon.
    Placing skittles on loose ground can be particularly tedious. The irregularities that a grass or sand field can make make the operation delicate and long since it is not uncommon for skittles to overturn on their own. Not to mention that it is difficult for the casual player to remember the arrangement of the pins at the start of the game. The distance to throw and the line from which the player can throw are two things that are often overlooked and which can cause discord between players.
    From publication FR3019056, a device is known for storing the pins in order to transport them and arrange them in the early game configuration. This device has four side walls, a base and a sliding cover.
    The main drawbacks of this device are that it takes up a lot of space, a long implementation from the second part, an operation to turn the pins over which can prove to be complicated, the need to memorize the arrangement of the pins, the impossibility serve as a throwing line and standard to define the throwing distance and the impossibility of serving for different skittles (not bevelled or of different heights).

    Other devices intended to have billiard balls according to the arrangement of the start of the game also exist. However they do not respond to the same technical problem: indeed the billiards game is played on a perfectly flat surface, indoors, with fifteen balls which must form a triangle to start the game.
    The present invention therefore aims to remedy these drawbacks. It has a closed and articulated frame that allows you to easily and quickly adapt to the bowling game layout and the terrain. Advantageously, this arrangement is recalled on the device as a memory aid to the player who can easily arrange vertically and head up the numbered skittles. The skittles being placed inside the frame which holds them together, it only remains for the player to lift the frame which then leaves the group of skittles united and in the start-of-game arrangement. Advantageously, one of the articulations is removable, that is to say provided with an opening / closing system which allows the closed frame to open and be transformed into a standard to define the throw distance which can for example match the equivalent of five standards. The open device, with its ends folded and placed on the ground advantageously serves as a throwing line so that the player knows where to throw. At the end of the game, the articulated device advantageously folds compactly so as to be easily stored in a box or a transport bag.
    The process for using the device includes the following steps:
    a) Put the pins inside the device according to the arrangement written on the device
    b) Lift the device
    c) Open the device thanks to the removable joint
    d) Measure the playing distance
    e) Fold the two extreme rigid elements and place the device on the ground as a throwing line
    f) With each new game, start again from step a)

    With reference to these drawings, the device according to the invention comprises six elongated rigid elements (1a, 2a, 1b, 2b, 1c, 2c) of two different dimensions and of parallelepiped shape. Their lengths depend on the diameter of the pins (5) used for the game.
    These six elements are linked together using joints (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d, 3e, 3f) to form a closed hexagonal frame. The joints can be made with hinges or with a fabric or leather band. Each joint is fixed by screws, glue, spikes or staples to the end of two elongated rigid elements (one short and one long) and forms the equivalent of a half pivot connection: the elongated rigid elements can move in a circular manner over 180 °. This structure, which is both rigid and articulated, makes it easy to adapt to the arrangement of the pins at the start of the game and to the terrain where the game is played.     One of the joints (3a) is removable, that is to say that it can open or close as desired. This functionality can, for example, be obtained with a removable hinge (removable or magnetized hinge for example) or with a self-gripping fabric. In the case of a self-gripping fabric, it is preferably fixed on the inner side walls of elongated rigid elements to guarantee better hold. When this joint (3a) is open, the device can be extended as shown in FIG. 2. The device is then found in a standard configuration.
    By partially folding the elongated rigid elements (1a) and (2a) thanks to the articulations (3b) and (3f), the device then finds itself in the throw line configuration as shown in FIG. 3.
    The articulations (3c) and (3e) are double action, that is to say that they combine two rigid elongated elements according to the equivalent of a complete pivot connection: the rigid elongated elements can move in a circular fashion over 360 °. These joints can be made with double action hinges or with strips of fabric or leather installed specifically as shown in FIG. 6: three strips (6a, 6b, 6c) of fabrics or leather are symmetrically fixed one above the other. others by forming for the bands (6a) and (6c) an "S" conformation and for the band (6b) a "Z" conformation. Thanks to these articulations (3c) and (3e), the device is found in the configuration of FIG. 4 which allows it to be easily stored in a transport box or in a bag.
